Q: What is the shipping policy of Fetchin Brands?
A: Our shipping policy is to ship via UPS or other third party shippers.  We strive to have your order packed and shipped in 3 days, however, shipping times in November and December may be longer.  Weather can also delay when the shipping company picks up from our warehouse and or delivers to you.  

Q: How can I return a product?
A: To initiate a return, please email us at info@fetchinbrands.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Q: How do I create an account on Fetchin Brands?
A: To create an account, navigate to the Wholesale tab, and fill out all the required information and we'll approve your account ASAP

Q: Can I cancel my order.  
A: You can cancel it within 24 hours of placing the order.  No cancellation allowed after that time.  There will also be a 10% re-stocking and handling fee charged.
