Upon receipt of your order, please let us know of any issues within 72 hours of receiving your order.  

Please contact us at: info@fetchinbrands.com and put in the subject line of your email “Returns”.  Please attach clear photos of any damaged items.

We’ll then contact you to resolve the situation.

• Please do not ship or return items until we discuss the issue.
• Items from your monthly Fetchin Fun Box cannot be returned. If your dog did not like any toy, treat or chew, please let us know and we’ll make sure your dog is a happy camper!
